Permit Package

After you have approved the design, we will develop a detailed, permit-ready construction package with all the necessary engineering, architectural submittals, and city plan check.

• CAD elevations
• Engineering
• Final renderings
• Permits

Construction

With the design and permit packages complete, we’re ready to start construction. We’ll follow all of our details and specifications to plan to build the home of your dreams.
